Scrum Master
Job description
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-up meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, to ensure they are productive and effective.
- Coach and Mentor: Coach the development team, product owner, and stakeholders in Agile and Scrum principles. Help them understand and implement Agile best practices.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress. Ensure that the team has the necessary resources and support.
- Promote Collaboration: Encourage a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team. Foster a self-organizing and cross-functional team environment.
- Scrum Framework Adherence: Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and Agile principles. Monitor and enforce Agile practices and guidelines.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics and tools. Provide transparency into the team's performance and delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate discussions and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the team's productivity and efficiency.
